BASIL HUMMUS

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas boiled with salt and drained.

  • 1/3 cups tahini

  • 1/2 cup basil

  • 1/4 cup vegan parmesan

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • pepper to taste

  • salt to taste (optional)

 

Process

  1. mix everything in a blender.

  2. serve with botko’s grain-free crackers.
