- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 medium cooked beetroots
- 2 cloves garlic
- zest and juice from 1 1/2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Place the beetroots, chickpeas and garlic into a blender and blend until ground.
Add all the ingredients and blend until creamy.
