HEARTS OF PALM CEVICHE

ingredients
  • 2 cans hearts of palm sliced into thin rounds
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 Radish, finely diced
  • Juice of 1 Orange
  • 2-4 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Vegan Sour Cream
  • Botko's Grain-Free Crackers

  • Add the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with Botko's Grain Free Crackers
