MAC AND CHEEZE

ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 large potato

  • 1 box of elbow macaroni

  • salt and pepper

  • ½ cup botko’s nacho cheeze

 

process:

  • cook the pasta

  • cook the potato and broccoli and set aside.

  • blend the potato, garlic and botko’s nacho cheeze, salt and pepper.

  • when the pasta is ready add the cheese and broccoli
