Ingredients:

2 cups of mushrooms, diced

2 tomatoes, diced

1/4 red onion cut in cubes

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

1/2 cup diced cucumber (optional)

juice of 1 lime

1 teaspoon of salt

pepper to taste

process:

cut all the vegetables into cubes.
