BEETROOT HUMMUS

Ingredients
  •  1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  •  2 medium cooked beetroots
  •  2 cloves garlic
  •  zest and juice from 1 1/2 lemons
  •  2 tablespoons tahini
  •  2 tablespoons olive oil
  •  ¼ teaspoon salt
process
  • Place the beetroots, chickpeas and garlic into a blender and blend until ground.
  • Add all the ingredients and blend until creamy.
  • Serve with Botko's Grain-Free Crackers
