- 250 g cooked lentils
- 1 roasted garlic clove
- 1 sweet onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 40 g crushed Botko's Grain Free Crackers
- Spices to taste (cumin, oregano, thyme, etc.)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Homemade fried tomato sauce
- Cut the bell pepper and onion and fry in a frying pan to soften. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the meatballs and integrate everything well until you get a homogeneous dough that can be handled. Shape with the hand to form more meatballs of the size you like best.
- In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the meatballs for 3 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve with a little parsley or coriander on top.
