- 300 g Broccoli
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 1/2 onion
- 30 mL extra virgin olive oil
- First we poach the finely chopped onion with a little EVOO in a saucepan.
- Then, add the mushrooms and broccoli and cover with water.
- Boil for about 7 minutes, or until the broccoli can be easily pierced.
- Finally, blend everything with a blender and add the olive oil and some spices, such as salt and black pepper.
