Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cauliflower
- Hearts of palm
- 3 Radish
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Jalapeño
- 1/2 Red onion
- Cilantro
- 5 Limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive Oil
- Botko's grain-free crackers
Process:
- Boil the cauliflower until tender
- Chop the rest of the ingredients and mix
- Add the boiled4 cauliflower
- Add salt and pepper to taste
