Easy Green Bean Salad

  • Green Beans (2 Cups)

  • 1 Tomato

  • 1/2 Red Onion 

  • 1 Serrano Pepper

  • Cilantro

  • Broccoli Sprouts (2 Handfuls)

  • Olive Oil (to taste)

  • Salt And Pepper (to taste)

  • Lemon Juice (to taste)



  • Dice the Green Beans into small pieces and place them in boiling water until they are tender.
  • Chop the tomato, red onion, serrano pepper, and cilantro into small pieces. 
  • In a bowl, place the broccoli sprouts, add the previously chopped vegetables, and the cooked green beans.
  • Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything in the bowl to blend all the flavors of the salad. 
  • The salad is ready to be enjoyed alongside your Botko crackers!
