Process:
- Dice the Green Beans into small pieces and place them in boiling water until they are tender.
- Chop the tomato, red onion, serrano pepper, and cilantro into small pieces.
- In a bowl, place the broccoli sprouts, add the previously chopped vegetables, and the cooked green beans.
- Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything in the bowl to blend all the flavors of the salad.
- The salad is ready to be enjoyed alongside your Botko crackers!
